THE INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL SYSTEM REFORM AND ITS IMPLICATIONS FOR CORPORATE FINANCE
JOSE MARIA ROLDAN ALEGRE, Director of Regulation of the Bank of Spain and member of the Basel banking supervision, conducted in Zaragoza the conference "REFORMING THE INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL SYSTEM AND ITS IMPLICATIONS FOR CORPORATE FINANCE."
A major concern of business is to know what effect credit to a new financial system following the merger of Banks and Banks. Is it the financial system that our economy needs? Can you meet the necessary demands of business financing required to start the recovery? "Increased capital requirements that banks will be more conservative? How much will increase the cost of credit to the company? How can English companies access foreign funding?.
We reflect on these and other issues at the conference and subsequent discussion organized by the College of Business Economists:
